I dove headfirst into an apprenticeship, graduating top of my class with a hunger to elevate this craft. For me, it’s about more than just cuts – it’s about transforming primal ingredients into edible masterpieces. I’ve honed my skills everywhere from bustling warehouse floors to the gleaming counters of elegant restaurants. My mission?
