Hi, I’m Joseph Delacruz, founder of A1 Butcher Services, and a proud Coachella Valley native. I’ve been cutting meat for over 20 years, and this isn’t just a job for me—it’s an art. I trained professionally to master the craft of butchering, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than putting a knife to work the right way.

I started A1 with one goal in mind: to help restaurants save money and take back control of their meat costs.

After decades in the industry, I’ve seen firsthand how the big suppliers overcharge for pre-cut meat while pocketing the trim, and how small restaurants get stuck paying premium prices with no real options. That ends now.
